Returns

We want you to enjoy every sip. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Our 14-day window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund, subject to the conditions below.

 

What can be returned: Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and unused, with any seal intact, and in their original, resalable packaging. Opened cans, bottles, or packs cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

 

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, past its best-before date, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

 

How to start a return: Email hello@thegoodmonk.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund or replacement.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Non-returnable items: opened or partially consumed products (unless faulty), gift cards, and items marked final sale.

 

Subscriptions: You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription any time before your next billing date from your account.
